I was playing around with Moodle over the weekend. If I were in the Learning Management business, I'd kinda by unhappy right now. Moodle is mostly used for Universities, but there's no reason this couldn't be used in corporate settings.

It has full student control, create tests, upload video, scores, and documentation. Looks nice.
